Hi Scott We (Allied Telesis) use Upstart in some of our products and this license change is going to cause concern, we are going to have to go running off to the lawyers (and spend good money) to see if we can upgrade.
Very quickly someone will say "use a different init with a more friendly licence so we don't have to hassle with this". We really like Upstart and where it is going.
