I don't believe Ur/Web supports the HTML<audio> element but you can
add support using the C FFI. Same with<embed>,<object>, etc.

such definitions in the urweb distribution?
Besides what is in the manual now about the FFI, the only other thing
you might need to know is that XML values are represented in their
normal string format in C code.
