Postgraduate Scholarship in Solar Energy Research
Open to applicant with an Honours 1 or 2A degree or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science/Engineering to undertake full-time studies leading to a PhD; the project is to investigate the mechanism of silicon solar cell passivation in PECVD and to develop an advanced technology to provide high quality passivation using a specially designed PECVD method; will be based at the School of Physics, USYD; 3 years @ $23,294 pa;
preferred to start no later than the beginning of next year.
