Di daerah Cianjur mah namina Dodongkar (aya oge anu nyebat Kadodongkar ).
bahana aya anu tina tipung beas ketan, tipung gaplek (sampeu anu digaringkeun).
Carana : tipung beas ketan/tipung gaplek dilebetkeun kana aseupan, lapisan ku kurudan gula beureum, tutup deui ku tipung beas ketan/tipung gaplek, lapisan deui ku kurudan gula beureum....kitu wae teras dugika pinuh saaseupan....
teras diseupan dina seeng anu nyengsreng dugika asak.
Saparantos asak ditamplokkeun kana nyiru anu tos diamparan daun cau, nembe dikeureutan teras diawuran parud kalapa ....
