MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
PT. Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo established in 1993, The Company
specialized in produce Polyethylene in Merak, Cilegon. PT.PENI is the first
Polyethylene plant in Indonesia. This is a strategic industry for Indonesia.
DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will responsible to
deliver an assurance of mechanical hardware to fulfill their intent
functions to achieve production plan with good hardware reliability,
effective cost and best working safety standard. The job holder will be
placed in our plant in Merak.
The successful candidate would be selected on the basis of the following
qualifications:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1 reguler)
* Has a minimum of 5 years working experience at medium managerial
level, preferably in petrochemical/
petroleum industry.
* Good knowledge and experience in project construction &
commissioning (as supervisor)
* Good knowledge and understanding in maintenance management.
* Familiar with RCM processes and Maximo CMMS
* Capable to analyze vibration and oil serviceability (predictive
maintenance)
* Effective leadership.
* Strong in Root Causes Failure Analysis skill.
* Good knowledge and understanding in modern safety management.
* Good communication and English skill
* Familiar with ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
* Familiar with International Standard ( ANSI/ASME/API/etc).
