We are Japanese company, currently we seek :
1. HRD MANAGER
2. ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
Specific Qualification :
• Male (1), Male/Female (2)
• Age of 35 years old (1), Age of 30 years old (2)
• Min. Diploma 3 (2)
• Min. Degree with relevant subject, prefer from Psychology, Law or HR Management subject and from reputable university (1)
• Well understand Indonesia labor Laws & regulations (1)
• Able to carry out recruitment, industrial relationship, payroll, training, labor dispute, compensation & benefit or other HR Jobs
• Analytical skill, tight deadline, understand of SAP System (2)
General Qualifications :
• Posses minimum 3 years experience in the same level & field
• Preferable from manufacturing company
• Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 is essential
• Good communication skill in English & able to operate computer
• Able to work hard, under-pressure, independence & in teamwork as well, self-starter, posses good performance & interpersonal
