1..S1 Degree from reputable University majoring in:
a. Industrial Engineering & Management (Code: IND)
b. Civil Engineering (Code: CIV)
c. Mining Engineering (Code: MIN)
d. Chemistry (Code: CHE)
e. Information Management/System (Code: INF)
f. Management (Code: MAN)
2. D3 Degree from reputable University majoring in:
a. Civil Engineering (Code: CIV-3)
b. Information Technology (INF-3)
c. Accounting (Code: ACC-3)
d. Occupatioal Health & Safety (Code: SHE-3)
3. GPA min. 3,00 (Scale 0 to 4) for MAN/CIV-3/INF-3/ACC-3/SHE-3
GPA min 2,75 (Scale 0 to 4) for IND/CIV/MIN/CHE/INF
4. Male/Female, max. 30 years old
5. Strong communication and leadership skills
6. Good command of English as indicated ini the selection test
7. Familliarity with Office Applications
