Xiaofan,
    you seems to be using urjtag within Cygwin, but 'snowweihua' are 
trying the Windows executable. Maybe the problem are related to the HOME 
environment variable in windows. If you run jtag.exe in a windows 
console you should see an output as I showed before. If you double-click 
the executable you see nothing...
