The STAPL patch for windows made by Martin Ribelotta against the urjtag v1864 is here: https://emtechweb.dyndns.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=public:path_for_stapl_support_on_urjtag This patch fixes some issues for compile in Cygwin, and should work properly in both windows and linux. The only pending work is to merge in the main branch I guess.
