Hi,
I can confirm that after modifying the appropriate BSDL file by removing the
offending sections found by Christoffer and generating the JTAG file that I have
been able to use Urjtag to program a Xilinx Kintex 7 xc7k160t-ffg676 device and
attached SPI flash.

In case anyone else has a similar problem, I suggest to follow Christoffer's
advice above.
