Have you tried 0x0403 and 0x6014 ? Those are hex numbers..

Do you have access to write to USB device? Have you tried running as root?

Those pin configurations are part of ftdi driver for a given cable. If
you dont find a cable with this exact pinout, there is a chance you
will have to add it yourself as new cable variant..
