3+Development experience with OOP
2+Familiar with Cactus or other unit testing frameworks
1+Proficient with Seam (EJB3 + Facelets)
1+Experienced with web services
1+Experience with CVS and Eclipse
Strong Oral and communication skills
*Preferences:*
Recent hands-on Java coding experience
Recent experience (within the last two years) architecting JEE applications
for large/complex projects
6 months Knowledge concerning ADA compliance
