We are looking for consultants to perform application development in an environment that utilizes the .NET Framework. .Net/SQL programmers with 4-5 years of experience in implementing Web Applications. MINIMUM CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED OF CONSULTANT: - 4-5 years of experience in .Net development using structured development process - Experience with Web Services - Hands on experience in ASP.NET, .NET 2.0, C#, Ajax, XML, JAVA Script, ActiveX, IIS, MS SQL/Server 2000/2005, Active Directory, Windows Integrated Security, Visual Studio 2003/2005, DTS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS: - HR, Recruitment, and Payroll/Personnel application experience - Experience/exposure to BizTalk. Candidates with exposure to BizTalk are preferred because they will be working with BizTalk Administrators/Developers that are in the infrastructure group. DESIRED SKILLS: - LDAP, Crystal Reports, DB2 Connect - Public sector experience and Education experience - Knowledge of Mainframe systems is a big plus.
