IBM is currently seeking a talented SAP HR Time Evaluation Consultant for a 3 week project in Mobile, AL. Rate is open.
Candidate must be well versed in Time & Evaluation, able to accomplish the following in 3 weeks: Act as on-site to lead a blueprinting exercise to determine the scope/effort needed to implement Time Evaluation at TKS-USA. Primary focus will be around defining time/pay rules, absence/attendance types and work schedules. Deliverables include: . Design Workshops: Conduct data gathering & design validation workshops . Blueprint Document: Develop SAP PDDs (Process Definition Document), Process Flow & business requirement or justification for the configuration template . Project Plan: Supplement the current Project Work Plan to include HR - Time Evaluation Implementation activities at the task level .
