Title: Flex developer with J2EE
Location: Wilmington, DE Length: 6+ Months Industry: Insurance KEY EXPERIENCE: Team new req in Wilmington. We have one developer working in this group. I can definately get some play here. Prep your candidates they willl have to pass a test to get hired. The test involves a development project, so they should be ready to code. Looking for one Flex developer with J2EE skills to help plan, design and develop technical solutions for online and offline business applications. The following are the basic qualification criteria in order of importance: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Web 2.0, RIA (AJAX, Action Script, MXML and FLEX) 2. Minimum 5 years of J2EE development experience. 3. Strong understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies, RUP and OOAD. 4. Good understanding of J2EE Design Patterns. 5. Proficient in software design and analysis using UML methodologies in generation of class diagrams, sequence diagrams and use case diagrams with experience with Rational Rose. 6. Experience in web-based GUIs development using JSP, HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript. 7. Experience using IBM WebSphere application server and related development tooling such as RAD or WSAD.
