Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist.
Location: Wilmington, DE.
Duration: 6+ Months.

*Job Description:*

   - Prepare, review and analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement
   for assigned entities, research all significant variances.
   - For Special Purpose Vehicle position, will involve some entries,
   reconciliation of a business system (WallStreet System), and working with
   Business Area Controllers in NY or London.
   - Identify and reconcile inter-company balances, requiring coordination
   and communication with various DB locations globally.
   - Prepare or coordinate IFRS (for Head Office) and US GAAP (for US)
   reporting for responsible companies.
   - Maintain effective controls among the various systems used for
   financial reporting to ensure accurate information.  Includes maintaining or
   understanding subledgers for balances which need to be substantiated
   monthly.
   - Prepare and monitor entries for posting to general ledger.  Review and
   approve requests to open new accounts on legal entities.  Ensure new DB
   account elements are being used consistently.
   - Resolve problems, issues, questions concerning assigned entities from
   and with various groups throughout DB globally, including business area
   controllers, regulatory reporting, tax, management reporting, global cash
   operations journal area, Frankfurt (Head Office) Controllers, and others as
   needed.
   - Assist in compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley Internal Controls for
   assigned areas/companies.
   - Participate in audits and exams of assigned legal entities and provide
   support for Regulatory Reporting group for all regulatory exams, as needed.
   - Support preparation of year end audited, consolidated financial
   statements including data collection from global contacts and interaction
   with external auditors, as applicable.
   - Special projects.

 *Required Skills:*

   - **BS, Accounting or equivalent experience
   - 7+ years experience performing financial reporting for a large company
   ( banking or financial institution preferred), preferably in a deadline
   oriented, fast-paced environment
   - Advanced knowledge of, and experience applying, Microsoft Excel and
   Access, preferably in a financial reporting environment
   - Knowledge of SAP/R3 general ledger, SAP BW ( Business Warehouse),  SAP
   BCS ( Business Consolidation System) and/or Consolidations a plus
