**They will Coordinate and participate in the testing process including
system, performance and load testing; create and execute tests plans and
test scripts.
Manage product defects and communicates with development team in a timely
manner throughout the project life cycle. Adhere to task deadlines, project
plan deliverables, and documentation and SQA procedures.
Ability to realign processes and tasks for assigned group as business
priorities change.

*Job Responsibilities: *
**Must have experience with hands on testing of ETL
Developing testing strategy for new business intelligence implementation and
subsequent releases and assist in the creation of related estimates.
Create, Execute and Review both multi-dimensional data related test cases
and presentation layer query and reporting test cases.
Ability to construct complex test cases on dimensional data with aggregation
and transformation rules.
Act as the liaison between the business and technology in communicating and
reviewing defects and corresponding resolutions.
Participate business intelligence strategy sessions.
Participate in data normalization and governance exercises.
Serve as a Cognos subject matter expert across the organization.
Ensuring project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance
driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external
requirements.
Employing analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve
overall business and systems performance.
Studying, evaluating, and documenting current and future business processes
Supporting user training, documentation, and rollout.
Supporting overall project management and business strategy related to
business intelligence.
Maintain effective working relationships with organizational team.

*Specifications: *
**Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field. Five plus
years QA experience. Experience in securities lending, custody or trading
applications a plus. Very strong SQL skills a must. Excellent relationship
management, communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation
skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Thorough
understanding of the software development life cycle. Ability to manage
multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment. Cognos or
related BI tool experience.
