Title: Tech Lead/Lead Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE Length: 12+ Months Industry: Financial KEY EXPERIENCE: MUST BE GREEN CARD HOLDER OR CITIZEN !! Tech Lead/Lead Developer - 3 Positions Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field. General Experience: Must have 10 years of computer experience in at least two of the following disciplines: system analysis, system programming, application programming, and equipment analysis. Specialized Experience: At least 8+ years of experience developing applications using Java/J2EE and Web Services. Experience in implementing critical web-based applications for high-availability and experience in implementing Application frameworks using Object Modeling/Design Patterns. Technologies include: Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, UML/OOP, Weblogic, Oracle, SQL Duties: Must be able to translate applications requirements into reusable objects / classes and class libraries. Must help build the application framework and define standards for the rest of the team to utilize to build out the application. Implement web-based solutions using available technology. Must be able to apply emerging technologies to the software development process as and when available and possible.
