Eclipse, JDeveloper - Do they need EJB experience? Yes, preferably EJB3 - What design patterns - Struts, MVC... Struts not important, JSF is *If Back-end:* - What database systems needed - it says Oracle preferred... Oracle 10G or greater, - What application servers - Websphere, weblogic? Oracle Fusion Middleware, JBoss Java, PL/SQL developer. Looking for someone with a lot of experience (ten years or greater) as well as hands-on work with SOA technologies, Oracle preferred.
