Requirement Details: Job Title: System Management Specialist Job Type: 3 Months Location: Chevy Chase, MD Project Details: The objective of this engagement is to assist our client with the migration from BMC Patrol Enterprise Manager (PEM) to BMC Event Manager (BEM). Representative tasks include but are not limited to: -Provide BEM migration planning assistance; -Assist with installing and implementing BEM and the BMC Service Impact Manager (SIM); -Creation of event policies, rules and filtering paths; -Configuration of BMC Impact Event Adapters (TCP and SNMP); -Support Integration with Remedy Service Desk; -Integration BMC Remedy Service Desk (IBRSD); -PERL Scripting -Windows Batch Scripting -Assist with improving event automation and enrichment; -Provide user orientation; Assist with documentation.
