Please check the below requirement details and send me your consultant updated resume along with Rate and Contact Details to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Role : PeopleSoft HR developer with TAM(Talent Acquisition Module) Location : Wilmington, DE Duration :6 Months. *Candidates must have knowledge/experience with TAM (Talent Acquisition Module) in PS.* ***MUST HAVE 9/10 communication skills* Candidates will be responsible for developing enhancements for our Peoplesoft Human Resource system including design, testing, troubleshooting, and support. The primary responsibility of this person is supporting our Peoplesoft HRMS package. In addition, the ideal candidate will have both the experience and willingness to support other PeopleSoft applications including Financials and EPM. Typically, this support will require coordination with internal Barclays technical and business resources to resolve product issues, and regular communication to management on the status of issues. Additionally, this person may be called upon to help with the configuration and set-up of new Peoplesoft modules. Looking for a Peoplesoft HRMS Developer who has the following: 1. Strong development skills including requirements gathering, design, test case creation and execution. 2. Experience with all aspects of PeopleSoft development including Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR, Application Engine and Crystal Reports. 3. The ability to develop partnerships with business and technology colleagues as well as external vendors 4. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture (Application server, Web server and Process scheduler) 5. An understanding of the Application Messaging and Integration Broker tools. 6. Migration experience (Migrating PeopleSoft objects from one environment to other environments) 7. Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a development team and with business users 8. 2+ years experience using SQL based query and reporting tools, ideally accessing an Oracle RDBMS 9. Strong project planning experience Knowledge, Skills, Education, & Experience: 1. 5+ years of relevant PeopleSoft HRMS development experience. 2. Experience with other PeopleSoft modules (especially Financials) a plus. 3. Familiarity with banking requirements for IT preferred. 4. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 5. Excellent oral and written communications skills. 6. Strong interpersonal skills 7.
