Graduate degree preferred Meets with clients to understand their organizational direction, structure and requirements. Creates consolidated requirement documents outlining client needs in a clear, concise format Understands and proposes process improvements Reviews technical design specifications to ensure they properly encapsulate client requirements. Defines test conditions. Develops accurate and complete test plans. Conducts testing according to plan. Assists trainers in training users on new technology Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules; works within time constraints Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.
