Role: WebLogic Administrator Location: Shrewsbury,MA Duration: 6 Months Job Description: Our client seeks a WebLogic administrator to assist with a critical project. The consultant will work with the application support staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems and will design, implement, and and maintain all aspects of the WebLogic/LMS system. He will also participate in infrastructure related efforts in coordination with the system administration and database administration staff. Required Skills: - Extensive experience planning, designing and implementing necessary changes to production and non production WebLogic clusters - Experience with Weblogic 9.2 is big plus - Significant experience supporting WebLogic servers for production mission critical applications - Extensive Unix and Linux experience. Sun Solaris and RedHat preferred - Familiarity with several technology tiers, e.g., storage, database, application and web - Experience with Weblogic Scripting tool - WLST - Shell scripting experience - Must have supported Weblogic in a clustured environment with a minimum of 20 nodes -- exprience with performance and scalability is key here.
