Position: Sr. J2EE/Tivoli Developer
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software.
Technology competencies include:
• At least four years of java/J2EE development in Web-based applications.
• Solid background on Object-Oriented design and analysis well versed in UML
and design patterns.
• Good working experience with writing and designing web services.
• Working experience with Rational Application Developer and WebSphere
Application Server (v6.0 or later)
• Good knowledge with Spring Framework: dependency injection, JDBC template,
etc.
• Experience with writing SQL. Working knowledge with Oracle.
• Experience with build/deployment automation using Ant Script or equivalent
technologies.
• Good knowledge of UNIX commands and scripts
• Experience with IT development methodology throughout the Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good communication skills, good team player.
• Experience with J2EE security architecture.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management, especially Tivoli Identity
Manager and Tivoli Access Manager and related API programming.
• Good understanding with SOA technology. Familiarity with TIBCO is a plus.
• Experience with Rules Engine.
• Knowledge of health-care related standards and guidelines (HIPPA).
• Familiar with testing framework. Experience with automated testing tools /
technologies: Junit, HttpUnit, DBUnit, Cactus, Mercury Testing suite.
• Experience with performance testing/tuning is a plus.
