*JOB DESCRIPTION*: This assignment is augmenting the Wireless Technical
Support staff in Columbus, Ohio. However, some travel to customer sites may
be required.



The majority of this work is performed at night during the Customer's
"Maintenance Window".

The engineer will be remotely accessing & modifying Commercial Wireless CDMA
EVDO and UMTS Data Networks. A successful candidate will be performing this
troubleshooting on the customer's network and cell sites that ALU is
providing a service for.

The engineer will be utilizing the existing methods & procedures and tool to
perform the cell site work and will also be providing the remote technical
support to customers performing their own cell work. .



*REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:*

*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology or equivalent
job experience.

* Minimum of 2-5 years experience on working on CDMA/EVDO and UMSTS cell
sites for CLIENT cell site and MSC equipment

* Experience in configuring the Cisco or Juniper Routers may be required.

* Hands-On experience with cell site equipment is required.

* Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and the problem solving skills.



*RESPONSIBILITIES:* The successful candidate will be performing the
following tasks. * Remotely troubleshoot any cell site integration hardware
and software issues.* Understand CLIENT Cell Site software for MSC and ECP
translation updates.* Review the IP Addressing and provisioning for these
cell sites. Work closely with other ALU engineering organizations as well as
