Also I will need two references with every submission. thanks *This is in Weehawken NJ keep the rate to the lowest.*** They want a Sr. Java Software Development person with experience in Architecting.and excellent developing and deploying Webservices (preferably Imaging) as this is with their Document Imaging Team. they will be working in a SOA oriented Architecture environment. ***Make sure these people can do nearly everything they are being asked to do. They do not want "just a Java developer" without these skills*. Must know the following: J2EE, WSAD/RAD7, XML, XSL, XSLFO, JSF, JMS. Websphere, Webservice, Servlet, AJAX, Struts, Swing, SOAP, SOA, JAXB, JAXWS and JDBC, MQ SERIES Working knowledge of DB2/Oracle is an absolute must. Software development experience utilizing Solaris and or Linux platforms. TCIP experience and source control packages (IE: CVS, PVCS) and change control processes. *THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS THEY HAVE TO HAVE ARE J2EE, MQ SERIES, EXCELLENT DESIGNING NEW SYSTEM SKILLS, ARCHITECT BACKGROUND, ANALYTICAL SKILLS. BE A SELF STARTER.* Analyze business requirements and creating associated technical designs. Have document imaging, process and management knowledge. Actively involved in all phases of SDLC. Knowledge of Tibco Product Suite such as IProcess and application integration and Process Works. *THEY WILL BE ASKED DURING INTERVIEW HOW STRONG THEIR DESIGN SKILLS ARE AND HOW THEY GO ABOUT DESIGNING.
