KEY EXPERIENCE: Require Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP).
Project Manager II is responsible for the performance of medium sized
technical projects, or 2 or 3 small projects, or a definable portion of a
larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and
company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all
support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
Manages the technical direction of a project through the design,
implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Exercise Planner
-Professional/Technical Expertise - Knowledge of disaster recovery, business
continuity and risk assessment procedures, policy formation, and overall
program management; ability to relate business requirements and risks to
implementation of controls
-Experience in planning and developing BCP/DR exercises to test BCP and DR
plans.
-Communicate effectively to technology, business and management teams
-Ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliverables
-Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff to gather and
translate continuity requirements in order to formulate recovery solutions
-Proficiency with LDRPS is preferred and professional certifications
including CBCP or similar designations are also preferred.
BCP Awareness PM
-Professional/Technical Expertise - Knowledge of disaster recovery, business
continuity and risk assessment procedures, policy formation, and overall
program management; ability to relate business requirements and risks to
implementation of controls
-Communicate effectively to technology, business and management teams
-Ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliverables
-Facilitate continuity training related to planning, testing, plan
maintenance, and execution of programs and plans
-Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff to gather and
translate continuity requirements in order to formulate recovery solutions
-Proficiency with LDRPS is preferred and professional certifications
including CBCP or similar designations are also preferred.
