Must have a minimum for two years application development experience using Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development 3. Must have a minimum for two years application development experience using N-tiered client/server development 4. Must have a minimum for two years application development experience using Visual Studio.NET 5. Must have a minimum for two years experience performing development work in Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System 6. Must have a minimum for two years experience performing development work in Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, or higher Desirable Experience: 1. Two or more years experience with Oracle 9i or higher, including SQL tuning and PL/SQL coding. 2. Two or more years experience with Microsoft ASP.Net and VB.NET. Experience as a Web GUI designer and knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus. 3. Two or more years experience developing COM (Component Object Module) components in an MTS/COM+ (Microsoft Transaction Server) environment. 4. Two or more years experience developing Web applications using HTML and ASP. 5. One or more years experience with web application security protocols and techniques. Siteminder experience a plus. 6. Three or more year's experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specification and resolve problems. 7. One or more years experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
