*MUST BE LOCALS ..MUST BE LOCALS.....MUST BE LOCALS* * * In addition to experience mentioned with the description, it would be nice if folks have experience testing and certifying internationalized products. *Senior Quality Assurance Engineer* Looking for highly motivated, self directed and team oriented quality assurance engineer to be part of a team, which responsible for certifying the level of quality, for D&B's OnDemand credit risk management solutions. You will be an active participant of a world-class organization that provides challenging and intellectually stimulating environment in an organized process-driven culture. You should like to break things, be exhilarated when you discover that really complicated bug, and be detail-oriented enough that you've actually had people comment on it. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong analytical skills, unwavering commitment to quality and can work well with other team members. Responsibilities: - Contribute to the architecture, design and quality of D&B's solutions. - Create, Modify and execute functional test cases for web applications. - Mentoring offshore QA engineers on Product domain. - Play an active role in establishing a winning culture and environment. Required Skills: - 5+ years experience in SQA, expertise in both black box and white box testing methodologies. - Minimum of 2 years web-services testing experience - 1+ year of experience leading offshore QA engineers. - Expertise testing multi-tiered web applications (including security). - Experience in implementing complex functional tests that require an understanding of the application logic. - Experience creating test cases in Feature Driven Development Model. - Working knowledge of XML in a Java programming environment - Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle 9i. Desired Skills: - Extensive experience and knowledge of standard QA and development tools and the agility to operate within a short build-release cycle. - Experience with SOAP and/or XML-RPC Web-Services and toolkits that use standards such as Microsoft .Net or Apache AXIS. - Experience with load testing tools like Load Runner or Silk Performer - Experience with Automation Testing tools like Silk Test. Other Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development. - Ability to mentor and lead small technical QA team.
