In this role your main responsibilities are to facilitate, document, design and develop Capital Markets trading solutions by working closely with business area experts of varying levels in the organization. You will synthesize complex issue and requirements and work with the technical team to develop, document and present the recommended a solution. On a daily basis you will lead the business and technical teams through an iterative process, by acting as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. *Primary Responsibilities:* Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the desire to apply those skills in solving complex business problems Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Facilitate meetings, communicate complex ideas, and create actionable plans through team collaboration *Business Overview:* (FIT) is a Business Unit IT organization responsible for all applications, services, maintenance, and implementations supporting the IPG business units.
