Duration: 24 months contract Inperson will be needed Description: Job Description: Position will create and run reports needed to manage the voice and date operations for the AT&T team supporting the Lilly managed services contract. Will also train a back up in creating and running reports. Assist in analyzing the data from the reports to highlight areas of concern for the operations team.
