Applies knowledge of the users' operations, integration into IT standards and processes, and specialized training in the applications' use. Provides and acts on feedback for possible improvements. Assists with the support of less experienced team members. May lead a team of individuals. Maintains certification in industry standard toolsets. Represents the organization as the principal customer contact and often performs project leadership role.
