*Network Support Analyst* 3 months Charlotte, NC Large communications company with a very high-tech environment. Responsibilities: Provide tier-2 level support on new Video Technologies being deployed. Must be able to troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and provide technical phone support in a 24/7 environment and also be available for on-call duty . Required to document trouble calls/outages using a trouble ticketing system 95%. Training on and reviewing new technologies 5%.
