Location: Tampa,FL Duration: 24 Months Description: Project Name: Time to Market - Emerging Services Project Description: Incumbent will support development & implementation of process capabilities to meet Business customers needs for emerging Global Services Job Description: Incumbent will be responsible for identifying operations process requirements and developing the capabilities to meet them in support of WCS operations. Incumbent will be a part of a team of Process and Technical Engineers in the development and implementation of Time to Market (TTM) or custom process solutions for customers business needs. Responsibilities will include interfacing with users, providing performance and reliability analyses and developing processes to support determined solution. Incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring linkages/communication with Core process peers/partners to ensure continuity and consistency across custom solutions process and Core process activities are aligned as needed. Activities include providing input into user requirements, M&P development and delivery(this is the development of Process Engineering Methods and Procedures), creating and/or revising process documentation and the ability to perform process gap analysis. Minimum 5 years in Process. Process Engineering positions requested in the areas of Service Delivery - Data, International and/or Managed Services; Billing/Account Hierarchy and Service Assurance. Experience in AVPN, EVPN, FR, IPeFR, ATM, PL and/or International Data Operations Processes is highly desirable. AVPN - Telecommunication Voice Private Network EVPN - Enhanced Voice Private Network FR - Frame Relay IPeFR - Internet Protocol enabled Frame Relay ATM - Asynchronous Transfer Mode PL - Private Line Router knowledge desirable. *Skills Inventory* *Skill Experience Need* 1)M&P development and delivery Expert Required 2)perform process gap analysis.
