Functional Title: Programming Consultant Overall Experience: 10+ Yrs. Position Description: Programming encompasses the evaluation of user requests and the design, production or acquisition, testing, introduction and activation of software to effectively meet requirements. It also provides subsequent follow-up and customer support. Develop, maintain, control, audit, analyze and manage a variety of information systems. Formulate and define system scope and objectives, devise strategies,develop or modify procedures, and resolve complex problems and related issues. Instruct, coordinate and check work of other information systems staff and lead projects with moderate to large budgets. Estimated Duration: Location: 6 Month OK(Oklahoma) Required Skills · Gas Pipeline application experience is beneficial. · Experience with real time data acquisition and control systems. · Experience with inter-process communications, mutexes and critical sections. · Experience with relational databases like SQL Server. · Use and application of Scada Systems.
