*[email protected]* *CLIENT: The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Position: **iBeam Information Management System. ** Location: NC Duration: 6 Months* *Note:US citizens/Only Local H1B's * *The Department of Environment and Natural Resources** *is seeking a short term (approx. 6 month) contractor to provide support for the Ecosystem Enhancement Program’s (EEP) iBeam Information Management System. The selected candidate will be expected to provide: • User environment support to address critical and urgent system interruptions and issues in the production user environment that require immediate attention. • Product support to create and apply fixes to maintain existing system functions and features, and to modify system functionality as required for EEP compliance with changing regulations and mission-critical operations. • User services support to assist EEP personnel in doing unplanned research, inquiries and reports to satisfy ad hoc requests from government agencies as well as EEP managers. • All other related duties as identified. *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:* *Required*: *• Excellent skills and experience with: ORACLE database application development, SQL query design, Struts, Weblogic, Spring and iBATIS used together on the same application, iBator, J2EE, Log4J, SVN, and Eclipse. • Understanding of environmental mitigation issues relevant to EEP is preferred.* Evaluation Criteria: 1.
