Collect business requirements and interpret them into scripting logic in the tools. Design, document and implement systems/network architecture related to contact center infrastructure. Perform assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps. Implement communications technologies (data or voice). Manage network services from planning phase through implementation. 3-5 years of prior technical analyst/engineering experience is required. Must be literate with the Cisco UCCE toolset. 5 mo role in Minnesota. Rate yet to be determined.
