Experience with large and complex development projects, development methodologies, languages, hardware, software, Oracle ERP (OM, INV, PO, AR, AP, GL, etc.), Oracle tools, process mapping and business process re-engineering, business application projects, change control principles. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint is required to formulate the policies and procedures. MS Visio knowledge to create and maintain organizational charts and flow charts preferred. Aptitude to learn new systems like SharePoint and JIRA. Experience in managing multiple medium (5-10 development team members and 10-15 team members total) projects At least 5 years project management experience Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing, deployment) for at least 3 projects of 6+ months duration and >$1M total cost.
