Experienced with Subversion *SCM* tool.
*Must Haves:* SVN, Track IT, ANT, SDLC, Oracle

Must be customer service orientated
Experienced at least one full successful development life cycle in the role
of Software Configuration Manager (one development live cycle as being
defined from requirements to implementation into production of a significant
component of, or an entire application system)
Experienced at least one full successful development life cycle in the role
of build and release manager(one development live cycle as being defined
from requirements to implementation into production of a significant
component of, or an entire application system. Can be concurrent with the
requisite experience on the role of software configuration manager.)
Experience and ability to assist users thru client acceptance testing. Must
be able to help organize and coordinate.
Knowledge of ANT to compile JAVA builds.
Knowledge / experience with builds for applications in JAVA and Oracle Forms
with Oracle database backend.
Must be detailed oriented

Project Description*
Client managed IT applications support group.
The software builds are for applications written in JAVA and Oracle Forms.
Both applications are back ended with an ORACLE database. We use ANT to
compile the JAVA builds.
The client is now using Subversion and TRACKIT.
*Role Description
*Client IT section is looking to hire a consultant to act as Software
Configuration Manager (*SCM*) / Build and Release Management with software
builds & releases. In addition, the person will be expected to assist,
support, and coordinate end users thru the User Acceptance Testing process.
*The skill set that we are looking for include:*
Knowledge of *SCM* practices
Knowledge of Quality Assurance
Must be detailed oriented
Must be customer service orientated
Also must have knowledge of testing processes to help users organize;
however, will not be expected to execute tests.
*Experience to include:
*At least one full successful development life cycle in the role of Software
Configuration Manager (one development live cycle as being defined from
requirements to implementation into production of a significant component
of, or an entire application system)
At least one full successful development life cycle in the role of build and
release manager(one development live cycle as being defined from
requirements to implementation into production of a significant component

Seeking experience with Subversion; similar experience may be considered,
but specific request is for Sub version experience.
