*Location: Portland, Maine **local to Maine or the upper North
East Coast***

*Job Description:*
*The Business Process Architect (BPA) is responsible for building the
Business Process Blueprint (BPB). The BPB needs to be maintained in an
enterprise class modeling tool (TBD). The BPA will be the primary liaison
between business and IT. The BPA must contain strong communication skills
and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.*
*Required Skills:*
*· Business process discovery – Experience creating Business Process
Blueprint*
*1. Reverse engineering of processes from existing systems*
*2. Ability to navigate Legacy Mainframe, Siebel, JEE , PeopleSoft and
Oracle implementations as necessary*
*3. Knowledge of Component Business Model is a plus*

- *Proven Knowledge of standard notations and languages – BPEL, BPMN, XML
Schemas, UML *
- *Solid understanding of change management and risk mitigation. SDLC
using Waterfall or Iterative methodologies *
*Must be able to manage requirements communicating between Users, Business,
Product, PMO, EA , Development and Infrastructure groups as necessary*
