Pay Rate: 45/hr C2C I need 2 References, and 2 Work Samples upon submission (work sample requirements in job description). *Job Description:* *MUST HAVE Experience and Knowledge with MS Visual Studio and .Net 3.0 and above technology in application development using Service Oriented Architecture design (SOA). * *System Development Candidate Experience:* · Proposed candidate must possess a minimum of four (4) years of n-tier .Net system development experience using C# and the tools available within Visual Studio .Net for large scale integrated applications. · Proposed candidate must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience implementing Object Oriented Designs (OOD) and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) according to industry best practices. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating an integrated project team that consists of team members from multiple functional areas and locations. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience making formal and informal presentations and walkthroughs to various levels of project team members and leading structured discussion sessions. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience preparing documents for design and coding, and white papers identifying issues and corresponding resolution/recommendations. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience applying formal System/Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies compatible with the proposed technology. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience tuning online applications for minimizing user response times. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience tuning batch applications for minimizing batch run times. · Proposed candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience applying the Unified Modeling Language (UML), developing detailed design documents from use cases and developing code from the detailed designs. *Desirable Qualifications for the System Development Candidate:* · Knowledge of Withholding Systems or like applications · Knowledge of standard architecture or like architecture · Knowledge of infrastructure or like infrastructure · Experience automating builds with Team Foundation Build *Contractor Tasks and Responsibilities* Tasks and Responsibilities: · Develop, and document reusable components in the MS Visual Studio/.Net platform using C# · Develop Stored Procedures · Write efficient C# code · Conduct and/or participate in design and code reviews to ensure that the technical goals/objectives are met · Identify technical issues, research, and recommend resolutions · Work within the existing infrastructure and security requirements Technical goals/objective: · Maximum performance attainable within design considerations · Utilization of industry best practices (e.g., OOD, UML, etc.) · Enterprise approach to development · Maintainability of the application · Security of the application · Scalability of the application Required Deliverables · Technical documents that detail the WASS application design and code on a .Net platform applying FTB standards and practices. · Software code that meets .Net standards, department standards, and security requirements. · Documentation of the use of reusable components. · Documentation of unit tests. · Provide resolution for coding issues. · Weekly written status reports to the technical lead and project manager. · On a monthly basis, the contractor shall complete a timesheet. · Knowledge transition plan *Work Sample:* * * Provide two (2) illustrative work samples, which may include the following: · Unified Modeling Language (UML) · Context Diagram · Data Modeling · Sequence Diagram or design documentation These may be excerpts from previous deliverables. The objective is to provide samples that illustrate similar work.
