depth knowledge of Cisco networking devices in a 24 hour operation. Perform
change activities on Cisco switches .Must be able to work rotating shift
schedule. Duties include utilizing network management tools "Netcool" and
"HP Openview" to identify network outages and work with various vendors for
resolution. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Must be able to
work with multiple support groups and participate on conference calls to
resolve complex network issues.***
