Location: Washington,DC Duration: 6+ Months Description: *MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE, CLAIMS AND DESIGN DOCUMENT EXPERIENCE.* * * Corporation is moving claims processing system from a mainframe application to a hosted environment. There will be interface/touch points with at least three key systems in an *ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) environment with MQ connectivity.* Under the supervision of a Manager in Program Administration and collaboration with project managers, other system analysts and developers - analyze, document technical requirements for client claims processing system. Participate in development of design documentation. *Job responsibilities would include*:** 1. Analyze and document technical/system requirements 2. Assist technical leads in facilitating design sessions 3. Coordinate development of design documentation 4. Serve as liaison between analyst and technical teams 5. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions 6. Recent, significant technical analysis experience 7. Must have excellent verbal and oral communication skills. *MUST HAVE:* *Claims Experience* *Exp Writing System Requirements* *Design Document exp. * *Local candidates preferred. * *Skills/Qualifications (preferences are in bold)* 1.
