Location: NYC or Clinton, NJ Duration: 6 months Rate: Depends on Experience Title: Voice Systems Consultant - Need to understand and read Symposium Scripting to assure proper voice treatments are given to call flow - Manage and coordinate implementation of technology and provide insight to vendors as required to assure configuration meets customers requirements - Assist in testing after implementation to assure call flow is working properly - Ability to access system loads on Nortel switches in order to acquire information needed by third party vendors like Witness, IVR, Genesis CTI. - Coordinate moves, adds, and changes with carriers - Attend planning meetings with internal customers and provide input / recommendations as required. - Will need to be a semi expert on Nortel PBX switches, Symposium networking, Meridian Mail, Call Pilot, and Octel.
