Please send me good profile: *Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Dayton; OH* *Roles and Responsibilities* • Must have experience with US based law enforcement or correction agencies project as a Business Analyst • Must have a strong knowledge in knowledge of business processes such as offender admissions, reentry, security classification, parole board, offender discipline & grievance, and institution & parole operations • Should be the Liaison between business units and the technical team • Should be able to document the business requirements into use cases and work flows • Must have good experience in Waterflow, Agile, RUP Methodologies • Should be able to write User Acceptance Test cases and execute UAT • Must have experience in facilitating JAD Sessions with wide range of audiences starting from developers to top business executives. • Must have Large, complex project experience • Should be able to bring a strategic 'big picture' analytical approach • Should be able to do Facilitation, negotiation, excellent communication with people skills • Must have experience working on agile projects • Experience on other project methodologies a plus • Must have experience identifying, planning and estimating Analysis and Build Tasks • Should have worked on Microsoft .Net, C#, SQL, ASP and ColdFusion based projects • Strong knowledge in Microsoft office suites Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • MS Project experience is preferred but not Mandatory *The Ideal Candidate: *• 8+ Years of experience in Business Analysis for state government related projects • Will be a strategic thinker. Able to take tactical information from multiple sources and apply it to a strategic direction. • Will also need to take a large project and be able to help the team break it into logical parts for deployment in phases • Must be able to do GAP analysis and evaluate current and future states • Must be able to develop systems designs and specs. • Must be a driver and act with tenacity • Must be proactive team player • Must be a good facilitator/negotiator.
