*Required Skills:* Audix voicemail systems; experience using Avaya Site Administration, AVAYA VoIP, and Avaya Call Management System (CMS); Verint, *Job Description:* Oversees, configures, and supports an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system. Maintains the network by performing the necessary maintenance to support the availability and functionality of the network's hardware (routers, switches etc) and monitoring the network's performance (traffic, bandwidth, capacity). Location: Fort Worth, TX (consultants MUST be able to interview onsite at your or their expense) Candidates that are in driving distance are preferred Duration: 3 months + Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Manages and monitors AVAYA PBX, Voice Mail and ACD systems. 2. Trains associates on phone system hardware and software. 3. Provides technical documentation on voice infrastructure and telecommunications-related procedures. 4. Responsible for the management of the alarm and data backup support. 5. Supports the maintenance of fax server monitoring, management and reporting; responsible for inventory management. 6. Collaborates with associates and Information Technology staff to improve phone features and telecommunications reports; troubleshoots and consults with vendors and service carriers. 7. Handles software upgrades and hardware installations; manages purchasing and licensing activities. 8. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations. 9. Performs related duties as assigned. *Experience and Education Requirements:* Requires a minimum of five (5+) years related and progressively responsible experience with Audix voicemail systems; experience using Avaya Site Administration, AVAYA VoIP, and Avaya Call Management System (CMS); Verint, Nice and related Voice recording systems. Previous experience with troubleshooting various OS platforms including DOS, Windows 95/NT/2000/XP/Unix.Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements 1. Detailed knowledge of voice/data communications and relational database concepts 2. Working knowledge of network solutions and systems 3. Ability to crate and maintain technical documentation 4.
