*Location: *Framingham, MA *Duration: * 6+ Months *Description:* *MUST HAVE SKILLS REQUIRED*: - 5-8 Years of Experience in Business Requirement Analysis (eCommerce) - 5 Years of Experience in End to End Project experience in designing high volume eCommerce sites - Excellent Project Management and Facilitation Skills *DESIRED SKILLS:* Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication/Coordination *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Requirements Planning: • Engage with the project manager and other team members to support the Define phase planning activities. Requirements Definition: • Prepare for and Create requirement sessions agenda • Work with the Business and the team to define, analyze, and document Business requirements • Facilitate requirements elicitation, and review sessions with Business and IS teams. • Own open item log for open requirements decisions. • Escalate requirements issues to project manager for project issue log if there is risk to the project. • Measure and report on requirement activity • Assist the PM with updates to the Define portion of the project plan (budget, schedule, risk, etc) *Design:* • Provide knowledge transfer to designers, QA, etc clarification or to analyze significant scope changes • Review Design documentation Deliverables: Project Requirements Document including functional and non functional requirements in a manner that meets all consumer and stakeholder expectations. Follow Client template and standards. Use cases to support user experience flows of associated track AS IS and TO BE Business processes in coordination with Business owners. * Critical Success Factors:* • The requirements Documents meet the needs of the audience. • Deliver clear, concise and testable requirements.
