The primary requirements for ILR systems administration services include the ability to fulfill the following responsibilities on an as-needed basis. . Assist in testing and applying OS patches as necessary . Assist in testing and applying server patches as necessary (email, authentication, DNS, etc) . Assist in configuration of ILR's virtualized environment . Assist in configuration of ILR's storage area network infrastructure . including LUN creation/allocation, HBA installation/configuration, zoning, etc. . Assist the hosting service provider with backup and recovery . Assist in identification and resolution of service level problems . Assist in maintaining system and user documentation Skills Required: . Personnel proposed for these activities should have 4+ years experience as a systems administrator, including substantive experience with SUSE Linux . Enterprise Server OS, and administering a VMware virtualized environment .
