A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation * *. 10+ years of industry and/or public sector consulting experience. * *. At least 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Human Resources * *. Implement SAP Project phases in accordance with ASAP methodology * *. Functional and Technical configuration, testing and go live activities for ESS/MSS * *. HR Admin & Adobe document services configuration and portal integration * *. Portal configuration, stress & load testing and system tuning * *. ABAP Webdynpro iview development, NWDI installation and configuration * *. Support training of State end users on new ESS/MSS functionality * *. Support the integration of ESS/MSS with other SAP modules * *. Knowledge transfer to State HR/Payroll Project Team Members * *. Escalate issues to Project Management in a timely manner * *. A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. * *. Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. * *. Strong Project Management, Configuration and Design skills * *Skills Required: * *. Previous SAP State Govt Public Sector experience implementing ESS/MSS * *. Proven ability to deliver high-quality results * *. Experience in the development of project documentation. * *. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills (with all levels of the organization) and a very good command of the English language * *. Ability to work with diverse groups and work within the team environment * *. Ability to communicate complex ideas and subjects accurately, clearly and concisely * *. Ability to transfer knowledge * *. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software including: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook and Excel * *. Proven organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain partnerships within different business units * *.
