1. Have implemented Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, Purchasing, etc.) 2. Should have good analytical skills. The person will be doing Production Support. Hence, troubleshooting skill is a MUST. 3. The manager is very specific that the person should be functional. NOT Technical. Technical ability is a plus but FUNCTIONAL is the REQUIRED skills. we don't want to simply pass on a candidate just for the heck of it so we need an excellent candidate. .
